Does this happen randomly or always at the same site? Just rolling back the driver may be sufficient. Geek and who know more than I. I always use “safely remove hardware” to remove it conhroller putting my computer away, as i do with all my usb plug in’s. 2 Problems with my comp

I made sure under the File Menu the “Work Offline” isn’t checked, and i know im connected cause i checked the phone and you can hear it online.
